The restaurant is a part of the Welcome Host scheme that means that all of the staff offer a polite and positive greeting with a very professional service. The restaurant has an ongoing relationship with the local training agency Paragon, and we train Catering Management trainees on site. We run an ongoing customer feedback survey and always action the points you raise, though it has to be said they are usually very positive, we shall always treat any suggestion from our diner’s seriously. Over 97% of customers surveyed stated that the food, the service and the quality of the food was excellent. The feedback forms also revealed thoughts on the menu- the chairs and the background music, all of which have been looked at and actioned.
